"Do not underestimate the Black Widow Blade. It pulses evil and glows black no matter who's wielding it."
Merlin to Mario in Act II Part 3

The Black Widow Blade is the beam sword that Nox Decious created.

Ep30 (2)

Decious fighting Mario with a replica of the blade.

Decious named it after it's black and red glow. No matter who wields it, it generates pure evil, constantly retaining it's red glow and black core. Decious didn't think Mario was worth the wear and tear, so he created a duplicate saber which was substantially weaker. The copy was destroyed in his battle with Mario. Decious placed the real beam sword in the Orchard so he could kill Mario with one final blow later. Unfortunately for Decious, he was killed by Wario before he could use it. It was stolen from the Orchard by the Darkness and was in his grasp until Act II Part 3 after Wario supposedly killed him and took it from him. Wario gives Mario the Black Widow Blade in Act II Part 4 for Mario to use to fight Mr. L. It is not known if Mario kept the blade, as he dropped it when he was done using it.

The blade that the Darkness uses in Act II Part 6 is not the Black Widow Blade because it flashes gray every now and then; the real Black Widow Blade has a black core that is constant, its possible that the Darkness made the

blade for his last fight with Wario but it is never found out as the Darkness refused to explain how he got it.

In Season Four, it is revealed that Shadow Mario doesn't use the Black Widow Blade, but a stronger copy of it which has all of the Black Widow's power, and more.

In Season Five, the blade that Decious uses to fight Mario in Episode 61 is most likely the original Black Widow Blade. It will most likely appear once again with the battle of Nox Decious and the Darkness.
